By signing below, the undersigned parties agree to, and accept, the following terms
and conditions, relating to that purchase contract or similar instrument dated

1)       Seller authorizes settlement agent to pay from seller’s funds, at settlement,  a suggested

Assistance Fund.  In the event settlement does not occur, seller is at no obligation to pay said
suggested service charge.

 

2)       In the event any gift/grant funds provided to the Buyer by The Assistance Fund are unused,
or if a settlement has not successfully occurred within 5 days of said gift/grant being received by
settlement agent, closing attorney, or title company, Buyer and Seller hereby instruct
settlement agent to immediately return gift funds to The Assistance Fund without further
instruction.
